Integration Technologies was founded in New York in 2004. The leadership team brings decades of combined experience in CRM, financial systems integration, technology advisory, and software engineering.

Mark Goldsmith

Mark D. Goldsmith, CFO, is Principal of MDG Consulting Group and has advised and coordinated special projects — performing strategic planning, advising senior management, arranging development financing, and liaising with investment banking and regulatory agencies.

Mark has been CEO, President, Chief Operating Officer, and Director of various public and private companies. He initiated and orchestrated system development for operating systems, cost containment, financial reporting, and regulatory liaison — including detailed sales department analysis affecting more than 500 sales personnel.

He is a former Allied Member: New York Stock Exchange & American Stock Exchange. Other affiliations include: Charter member of the Internal Auditors Association (division of the Securities Industry Association), Member of the Accounting Division of the SIA, Member and Director for five years of the National Investment Bankers Association (NIBA), and Member of Financial Analysts and Money Managers Association of New York (FAMMS).

Dmytro Zotkin

Dmytro Zotkin joined Integration Technologies in Toronto in 2005 as Director of Product Architecture. He has twelve years of experience architecting and managing large full-cycle software projects across multiple development methodologies.

Prior to joining Integration Technologies, Dmytro was Software Architect for Blockade Systems Corporation in Toronto. He holds Master's Degrees in Engineering and Computer Science from Kiev Polytechnic University, and has been the technical foundation of the InterWeave platform throughout its evolution.

Director, Quality Assurance
Inna joined Integration Technologies in Toronto in 2005 as Director of Quality Assurance. She has over 10 years of experience in Manual and Automated Software Testing and QA for ISV companies, and over 10 years in software development and design. Prior to InterWeave, Inna was Senior Software QA Analyst for Rogers Inc. She holds Master's Degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from Kiev State University.

Integration Support Manager
As Integration Support Manager and Business Analyst, Alex works with customers to provide the InterWeave SmartSolutions platform — integrating financial and CRM applications, enterprise systems, legacy applications, databases, and web services. His responsibilities include initial integration solution analysis, setup and configuration, and ongoing customer support.

AI Project Manager
As AI Project Manager, Dr. Burgess works with the InterWeave team and customers defining AI Models and related chatbots, project management tools, roles, and tasks. Dr. Burgess brings deep expertise in AI system design and implementation, driving InterWeave's AI-powered SmartAgents and intelligent automation capabilities.

As a Creatio and Salesforce Administrator, Andrew works with customers establishing CRM administration, development, customisation, and support. He is the team's primary point of contact for Creatio CRM buildouts, Salesforce configuration, object hierarchy design, and ongoing CRM development across both platforms.

As Customer Success Manager, Iain works with customers supporting InterWeave Solutions requirements, customisation, and support. He ensures that every customer gets the most from their InterWeave deployment — from initial onboarding through to ongoing optimisation and evolving requirements.

Customer Support Manager
As Customer Support Manager, Waheed provides support for the InterWeave SmartSolutions platform — covering initial integration solution analysis, setup and configuration, and ongoing customer support. Waheed also manages social media, data analysis and visualisation, and web development responsibilities for the InterWeave team.
