Scheduling your transactions is done through the IW Scheduling Utility, which launches after you log in to the server. The utility handles bulk loading scenarios — whether you need to migrate historical data, perform initial sync of large record sets, or run scheduled batch operations on defined intervals.

Select the IW Monitor link in the top right-hand corner of the screen to open a real-time monitoring window showing the status of all transactions assigned to your login profile. Every transaction you've initiated — and every one that was automatically scheduled — is visible with its current status at a glance.

Three Scheduled Transaction Flows
We begin with the 3 scheduled transaction flows. Currently, these 3 transaction flows run every 10 minutes from the InterWeave Scheduling and Configuration Utility, providing near-time synchronisation of data between Nexternal (ERP — system of record), Salesforce, and QuickBooks Enterprise 2021.
Real-Time Transaction Monitoring
Select the IW Monitor link in the top right-hand corner of the screen. A new window will open showing the status of all transactions assigned to your login profile and that you have initiated. If you did not start a transaction, all statuses will be shown as stopped.
